Stamping Mass Production

Stamping Production is a process in which a large number of identical stamped products are mass-produced quickly and efficiently using standard processes and machinery. Stamping (also known as pressing) involves placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press equipped with tools and dies to shape the metal into specific forms.

The stamping process encompasses various manufacturing techniques with sheet metal materials, including punching using a press or press machine, cutting, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. Imajin ensures that your product maintains excellent quality stability and meets established standards.
